About Us

Are you at your wits end with dinner? Stressed, overworked, and busy to the point that the delivery boy is on speed dial? Or with all the kids activities, just don't have the time to cook? I get it!

I can help! You choose what you want to eat based off of the menu page, I do all the shopping and prep every meal. All you have to do is put it in the oven or the crockpot to finish the cooking.

The Sterling Fork was born out of my desire to fill a need. People need more time! Every day I meet people who are busier than they've ever been, stressed out and frustrated. So, I ask them this question, “What if I could create the time you need?”
